Comments: First of all I greatly appreciate that you are taking the time to read my question, thank-you. My question is regarding 1/10 scale nitro trucks. I own an RC10GT with a Top C12. I was wondering which truck is better, the RC10GT or the new Losi NXT? Taking in account that they both have the same engine on them. Most hobby stores give me the bull that they're like Ford and Chevy, which company do you prefer? The rc10gt has been winning a lot of races and this reason is very striking if they are supposed to be equal. Response: I'm going to give you the same bull but I think you should look at them as Nissan and Honda instead (I'm an Import driver). Both trucks can win at anytime. I was at a big race in Ohio a few months ago and there were 9 RC10GT's in the A main but a Losi NXT won the race. Why? It depends who is driving the car. If the NXT driver was racing an Associated truck, he still would have won. He was the fastest driver (and had the best set up) that day. Don't worry yourself too much. Buy the truck that you can get parts for and that your friends are running so that you can exchange tuning tips. Also keep in mind that the NXT just came out while the RC10GT has been out for years so more people are running the Associated truck.
